”The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. The sheets didn’t stay secure down. The furniture had stains, the ceiling had brown spots form water damage, and the shower water poured out into the floor. We had 2 young kids tired from traveling all day so we sucked it up. We

”The hotel was very clean and property well maintained. In a great area for restaurants and one is within walking distance. Also easily accessible to the expressway. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok, I had to repeat myself on check in because the young lady was on the phone while checking me in. Next day checked me out long before checkout time and I was locked out of my room. Went to get key redone and still wouldn’t work. If I didn’t come down to be checked out, don’t automatically check me out...

”Paid 250$ for 1 room 1 night 3 guests which included my son, husband, and myself. Was very disappointed to learn there was no pool or hot tub like it shows in the pictures. Had to send my husband to request clean linens for the bed because there were brownish stains and hair all over them. The room was ok but I expected a lot better. Also had to clean hair out of the tub before I could give my son a bath. By far the worst Fairfield Marriott stay I have ever had and I've stayed at a few so I know...
