”Staff was great, and we love the rooftop bar. However, the noise level on our last night was completely unacceptable. A large group of people were having a party in the room beside us with loud music and constant yelling at 10:30 pm. Hotel Weyanoke needs to insure quiet conditions for hotel guests. One of our favorite places to stay but this stay was disappointing.”

”No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers.”

”Wonderful hotel overall. Very lovely rooms with good amenities. My one complaint is that whatever they clean the bathrooms and desks with makes them incredibly tacky and sticky. Not pleasant to walk on or touch. Still, will definitely stay there again and be sure to bring some sandals or slippers.”

”Nice curb appeal, entry way was clean, pool was nicely maintained. Room was large, not much furniture but very clean and quiet. Staff were all personable. Breakfast was typical for these hotels, for me not very appealing as I do not eat scrambled eggs and bacon was very greasy. I am not staying at these hotels for the breakfast so it was adequate for a start to the day with a stop for lunch afterwards.”

”Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend”

”I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....

”The property was great for our dogs, the most pet-friendly place we have stayed so far, the host was wonderful and very responsive, and lots of amenities were provided. Everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided; lots of attention to detail. The backyard was beautiful, with a very nice hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We would love to stay again when we return to Lynchburg. ”
