”When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. ”Hyatt was nice. Located across the street from a brewery. Hotel had a convention center attached. Breakfast is normal.. have stayed here twice. A little of a drive from downtown but free parking, closer to outlets. Have had two different bathrooms. One had a double shower head, another leaked from the bottom glass door. Overall, price point is worth the stay.”

”The room was nice very clean and spacious. Our room was missing a blow dryer and only had 2 towel and 2 wash cloths for 3 adults. Also the pullout bed came with a bag that had 1 pillow and a very scratchy blanket, there were no sheets or bed covers for the mattress on it. The property itself was fine. Cleanish for a busy hotel. The entire place smelled like marijuana smoke but that’s just about everywhere now. The staff members were very friendly and housekeeping although she did not speak...

”The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price.
