2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options.
3. Spa is Amazing!
4. Great indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball court.

”The views from the hotel were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would text to make sure that we had everything we needed. After we checked in, during the day, before we were leaving. They even asked after we left how things where. They corrected anything that was wrong in a hurry. They made sure we had towels when we asked. They even ran out to us after we checked out because we forgot something. ”

”Was stuck in a blizzard and the staff was great trying to keep the kitchen open and everything running while they were dealing with limited staffing and weather challenges, which drove more than the average customers during this. Period.”

”It was nice place to stay.. rooms were very clean. our granddaughter had a good experience for her 3rd birthday. The quality of the food in the main restaurant was in need of help especially with the pricing of our meals..purchase real eggs not substitute eggs would, a steak with flavor and tenderness not bland and tough, drinks were good..the pizza at the hungry wolf was good. ”

”Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. I understand this was common in older buildings, but an upgrade would be nice. It took a half hour for condensation to clear from the mirror after a...
