”The pool was closed every day until 3 o’clock . They said this is their policy at the end of every month that they put chemicals in the pool every morning. I was never told this when I called to book my stay . And I picked this hotel specifically for the outside pool, which I never got to use . Also, the bathroom tub leaked multiple times into the walkway area while showering .”

”My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+.”
