”The front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Our door would not open despite getting a green light and one of the women suggesting pulling up in the handle rather than down, which solved the door problem. ”The pool was closed every day until 3 o’clock . They said this is their policy at the end of every month that they put chemicals in the pool every morning. I was never told this when I called to book my stay . And I picked this hotel specifically for the outside pool, which I never got to use . Also, the bathroom tub leaked multiple times into the walkway area while showering .”
