”We were visiting the area to visit a church in Tacoma, and then fly out of SeaTac. Our choice was random, we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the cove. It was so inviting. It had nice restaurants in walking distance and a gas station. It was all so convenient. The area is beautiful, and feels safe. We feel God led us there.”

”Desk clerk was personable and friendly. The whole hotel was very clean and quiet, easy parking and plenty of rolling bag carts available. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.”

”We enjoyed our stay loved exploring the different locations within McMenamins! Bright colorful amazing art to explore! Cutest little gift shop! Friendly staff! Close to some really cute shops! Just exploring the different floors and finding the hidden bar was an experience in itself! We will definitely be back! ”

”Wonderful hotel that is in the middle of the city, it was nice to stay and be surrounded by things to do and restaurants to eat at. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we had a full coffee machine with real ceramic cups and a stove,(that we didn’t really need but was nice to have). Two things that could be better is the shower head, which it “seemed” as if it had multiple settings for spraying out but did not, it sprayed all over the place and into my freshly washed and straightened...

”Perfect location with dock access and incredible views from the harbor. Immaculate, well appointed rooms with fresh, comfortable decor. The walk down to the dock from upper level rooms is very steep and not for those with mobility issues. Consider a lower level room if you have mobility limitations. Property exceeded expectations.”

”Skip and Jane were wonderful hosts! Everything you would expect from a Victorian home bed and breakfast. Lost of history to see and enjoy. The yard and gardens were well groomed, the rooms were very clean. There happened to be a major heat wave when we were visiting and they brought a portable AC unit to our room on the 3rd floor to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious as well. They were very kind to ask about allergies, sensitivities or diet preferences...
