”Two bath towels for the 3 rooms I booked. It was raining hard on our last night. Ceiling was leaking where the lights are. There’s only fitted sheets on our bed. Restaurant is closed, water dispenser is outside the room. The only good part of the hotel are the Staffs, specially Michele.”

”We enjoyed the hotel's amazing view from our room, the infinity pool and great customer service. One negative I could say is the wifi internet from our room is no good. However Wifi access from restaurant and reception office is fairly good. I might add that the noise of creaking bed is a bit annoying. Overall it was a great stay.”

”The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. We can’t cancel our stay, we just left and get a new hotel to stay. Club Tara should not be operated and should be reported to Tourism or city because it’s really unsafe. Hopefully I...
