”The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...
