”Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, there was water leaking from the bathroom, the sink faucet would not shut off properly, the carpet was dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was unavailable because of the July 4th holiday, which made the situation even worse. We reported all of these issues multiple times. Staff came to inspect the room but never actually fixed any of the problems. We also spoke with the manager and requested to be moved...

”Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice.
Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable.
Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store.
Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.”

”The check in was pretty a chaos cause my expedia account didn't approve my card, luckily the receptionist still let me check in. Also there was no phone in the rooms so if you had a question, you had to go all the way to the front lobby to get your questions answered, not sure why they don't have a phone in the rooms. Our ac in our room also wasn't really working that well. Room 212 , I believe.”

”We stayed for 2 nights with family of 3 members. Overall stay was good and this hotel is near by beach to enjoy sunset view. Staff was welcoming and very nice in approaching the customers.”

If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in.
It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage.
The front desk staff was helpful.
