”When we arrived I waited in line for over 45 minutes, when I gave the reception my booking number they had no room for me.
The young boy at reception said I'll go and check if I can find you a room. He came back 25 minutes later to tell me that the one he looked at wasn't clean so he'd check another room. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to tell me he had found a clean room. I had”

”This complex was perfect - close to where we needed to be, clean, fabulous staff and the barman, Zaac, in the
Gaming area was friendly - great to have access to 2 free alcoholic drinks and unlimited soft drinks/coffee - a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet (included) was also very enjoyable.
For the price paid, a great place to stay with a lot of perks.”

”Planned to stay here as I would be bedridden from private hospital up the road. While the room itself was tidy It was not clean. Amenities were not usable. When asking staff outside if they could help they told us to go see front desk. Went to front desk and they said they'd talk to the owners and then call me with a solution. Nobody called. I emailed. Nobody responded.
No form of contact whatsoever. 100% wanting some form of refund from this establishment if they ever decide to contact me...
