”It was so strange , there wasn’t anyone on the front desk , You were speaking to a keyos . And that guy was useless , he didn’t show any instructions where my room was , I walked out back and walked under the level 2 entrance area and this huge dog came out barking like he was in a mission . The wiener came out screaming at the dog and cursing him , and all you could smell was weed . It was an awful experience. When i finally found my room ,people were so noisy .
I ask the guy on the keyios...

”This was our third trip to the Plaza and it was better than the last! We stayed in the biggest room and it was well worth it! The tub was giant and overall the room just felt so romantic. We appreciate the staff so much they are all so incredibly kind and helpful. I do wish however the bar was open Friday-Sunday because we were really looking forward to trying new things from the menu. Thank you for another great stay”

”Some hotels say they are dog friendly but this place really is! They had a little gift bag for my dog that had a poop bag holder with bags, a toy, and a small portable water bowl! Plus there is an amazing dog park right across the street!”

”Room was clean, nice size, bed was comfortable and kitchen had basics you need. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doable.
Hotel gym had enough for few days workout. Breakfast was ok, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, steaks and pancakes. After reading previous reviews, I was positively surprised with this hotel.”

”Nice hotel. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was kept super clean. Loved the free afternoon cookies and having access to Starbucks drinks at the grill in the lobby. I gave a 4 star rating because even though many of the amenities were top notch, my travel companion and I both felt that the beds were not the most comfortable. However, if in Reno, I would stay there again just because it is conveniently located and has other amenities I appreciated.”

”What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!”
