”My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff.
Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant.
Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

”We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.”

”We are happy with our stay. First we received a suite with kitchenette (ground floor) that we did not like because of its condition. Even the hotel is non-smoking, this classic suite smelled by smoke and looked old. Some guests tend to ignore the rules. We informed about the room condition straight away and we received another room with a balcony one floor higher with one of the best waterfront views. The room was great. No smell of the smoke. The suite was without kitchenette and looked...

”The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space.
Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.”
