”Booked a 4 night stay and left after one night because the property was unusable. Beds were rock hard. The AC blew cold air but wasn't strong enough to actually cool the room, and both the AC and the fridge were loud enough to keep us up. It's a motel style property with exterior doors and they only give you one physical key. In the middle of the night some random person came up and tried to get into our room. When we asked to change rooms the staff told us nothing was available even though I...

”Dolphin Bay was excellent! The hosts are very welcoming and kind. We had delicious vegan and non-vegan breakfast every morning. We had to catch an early bus from Burgas when we left, and the host offered to give us a ride in the early AM.
The location is great, a 3 min walk from the beach and 25 min walk unit the main part of town. The views are excellent and rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay!”

”This hotel is lovely! The location is fantastic because you are literally 2-3 minutes walk away from the beach. There are shops and restaurants with anything you would need within 5 minutes and even some fancier restaurants within 10-15, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet area. Old Sozopol takes about 20 minutes to reach on foot. The front desk folks are incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants, helped us set up a boat tour, provided us with a beach umbrella, etc. You do need to...

Ottima colazione e...

”There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm.
We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again...

”We chose this hotel because of the large swimming pool it has. It turned out that the swimming pool from August 4, 2023 is unable to use. The water in the pool is green, cloudy, dirty, there is sediment on the surface - I send photos. Swimming in this pool poses a health risk. The problem with dirty water was reported to the reception and the entertainment staff. Everyone agreed that the problem with dirty water would be solved.
Everyone is smoking in restaurant. From room some out staff was...
