”Such a fun place! Right in the middle of the action. Started on the bottom floor and they let us move up top for the rest of our stay. Pool was a fabulous addition. Everyone was happy/friendly got us everything we needed. AC was AMAZING, drinking water on tap, clean property. Doing construction/updates so can’t wait to be back!!! ”

”I booked this property after a disappointing experience at an AIRBNB on south Caye Caulker. Alyssa (sp?) greeted me with a cool fruit drink upon arrival and it set the tone for the rest of the stay. The property is beautiful, clean and bug-free (except for mosquitos once you get away from the grounds). The best part of the stay was the staff. It feels like family (and some of them are). Just nice people.”

”The staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean. The food was great! We stayed from Friday to Friday and all the food options were different from breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. My husband and I came here for my birthday and our anniversary. They made that day very special. They decorated the boat. Then in the evening we had a nice romantic decorated dinner by the fireplace. ”Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. ”
