”Wonderful staff in all departments and clean facilities! Very nice free breakfast with reasonable purchase options. What brings it down is the lack of coffee pot and microwave in the room, the stingy and often threadbare towels and the very long wait for hot water in the shower (we were on the 5th floor). Great elevator system- fast smooth and quiet. Cudos to Sayda (consierge) and Sylvan (restaurant) for their outstanding service and friendly attitude during our week long stay.”

”Was surprised and not happy about 10% fee upon checking in. Asked for early check in. Even though all of the staff confirmed that this was a slow time for the hotel (I saw hardly any guests during my stay), the receptionist said they had to have the cleaning staff clean the grounds before they could get a room ready for me so could not get an early check-in.
