”Shower was covered in mold/hair(had to clean ourselves), suite was carpeted and filthy, pool was dirty, had to beg for clean towels- ended up washing them on our own using washer/dryer that was $6/load, poor water pressure in shower, and faucets in bathroom were too short for sinks making it nearly impossible to be effective. ”

”So I did like our stay. However, we didn’t sleep great because the air conditioner is right at the foot of the master bedroom and it blows wind in your face constantly. We reached out to the property manager and he didn’t help us because it was broken and wouldn’t work the way intended. So overall we would stay again but this trip we just didn’t get enough rest. ”

”This is a really great place to stay with families! it's clean, relaxing, quiet, and the staff was great! We stayed in a townhouse. Parts of it were a bit dated, but clean. Watch out for the stupid rocks they have placed out front when you check in (which need to be removed). We saw someone get their car hung up on them. Otherwise, great place! ”

”While the room was clean, it was in need of remodeling/upgrading. Bed was comfortable bathroom had no shower pressure. Door key gave us problems most days. This was the best value we found in the keys, staff friendly, close to a new Mexican and CCs restaurant. Ok for 2 nights at best. ”

”The pictures are very deceiving, and when they say “grab and go” breakfast, good luck grabbing anything. Coffee was always empty, bananas were mush and you were lucky if you got there early enough to get a bagel.
Someone opened the door to our room, and when they figured out we were there, slammed the door shut.
We had our front shade open, so you could see our stuff in the room, but we were up front, so they couldn’t see us.
We went to the front desk and they stated they did not have cameras,...

”Staff there in general have a rude attitude to visitors or just plainly do not care. Unfortunately this is the case in my opinion as this place has the surroundings to be something special. From the near by jet ski place I would avoid at all costs, they can try to get you to pay large damages.”
