”The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)”

”The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. To put it bluntly he behaved as though he was doing you a favor when checking you in. Did not greet you upon arrival, share amenities etc… He basically tossed the hotel map to me and said here you go!
Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator. So for those traveling with a lot of luggage be aware.
The rooms were clean enough but condition of the hotel was terrible, lack of...
