”Our stay was perfect in San Agustín and as for the resort the location was very good and the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable but needs minor maintenance, the towel rack was broken, the heater door fell and other small details, otherwise everything was fine.”

”Sorry to say the mattresses were so firm that it was like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. Same with the sofa. Nice place though but we left the day before we were scheduled to go home. Went to a hotel on the beach with real mattresses to get some sleep. ”

”After driving 3 1/2 hours, we received a cancellation of our reservation. What a disgrace. Did nothing to help. Basically left us to find other lodging and we ended up at a hotel with $90 in parking fees. Please find another lodging alternative. Failure to treat customers fairly! ”

”Quiet, residential area overlooking "Dolphin Bay" - away from the busy downtown activities; however, still close enough to conveniently drive or, if you don't mind walking, it's a beautiful walk along the water. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The balcony provided a very serene view - even saw some dolphins! The owners live on the property, were friendly and available for questions/ recommendations. Bonus: there's a friendly resident dog if you need a puppy fix 😉 I don't recall if...
