”This was a great stay in downtown Asheville. Art deco to an extent with some modern features. The entrances, elevators and parking was secure. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and retail establishments. Positive.”

”Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area.
The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of...

”Hotel Arras Asheville exceeded expectations. The hotel is stunning, modern, and upscale with very high ceilings in both the lobby and rooms, making everything feel far more luxurious than a typical hotel stay. My room had beautiful mountain views, and waking up to that scenery every morning was amazing. The blackout curtains also worked extremely well and made sleeping very comfortable.
The customer service was excellent and exactly what I expect from the Kimpton brand. The staff...

”Stay is always nice. Beautiful property, i'm really comfortable to stay at. If they had a pool, that would be wonderful, they keep saying they're planning one.But that hasn't happened yet. Location is great.It's right across from the entrance to built.More estate is part of built more village. Lots of dining and shopping are in a short walk and even a short drive away. Redstag restaurant inside is superb.It is a higher end restaurant, so it's gonna be pricey.But was well worth the price....
