”The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general ”

Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and everything inside are new and clean. Hotel staff are helpful and speak very fluent English.Only thing as minus is the size of the breakfast room, it's small for the amount of guests. I saw people going to the hotel lounge every morning with their breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn't the best i have encountered, but it was well decent. The room i stayed in was easily one of the best i have been although there wasn't any view to even mention. For those with children, there was a small children's play park literally right next to it.
