”This is the perfect location for exploring downtown Charlotte. We were there for a show at the Spectrum Center..it was a 5 minute walk. It's surrounded by clubs, restaurants, art, etc and never had to get in my car. The valet parking was great. The cookies are amazing. Rooms are clean, loved the shower. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again. ”

The staff, guests and community members were all so friendly, it was one of the most satisfying visits to any city I have ever had.”

”It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view.”

”We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.”
