”Had a lovely stay and the hotel being situated within the old city walls was perfect. We drove there and paid the £22 euros for the car park which was fantastic. We were in a Tesla and they had 2 chargers so we were ready to go the next day! They drive you through the narrow city streets straight to the hotel - that was an experience and a brilliant touch! We only had a classic room and you get what you pay - it was nice enough but a little dated. Very comfortable and large bed and clean. ...

”Very nice and clean hotel at great location. Roof terrace has great views. Our room had no views but was quiet and adequte. I would have wished information for water automat and wifi though. We had also breakfast and it had everything we needed; eggs, seeds, nuts, fruits, good quality yoghurt and cheeses... And very friendly service! Easy walk to both parts of the town and nice riverwalk option as well.”

”We were greeted with great warmth by the owner and shown around the very lovely hotel. The design and furnishings are quirky and very impressive. We didn'[t use the garden, pool and spa but they looked very inviting and I wished we'd booked another night! The bed was comfortable and the pillows lovely and full and soft. A great to place to stay, not too far outside of the city”
