”The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall. However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it. ”

Hotellin henkilökunta osasi englantia ja heidän kauttaan taxien tilaus onnistui. Välittivät kohteen tiedot kiinaksi kuljettajalle. Heiltä sai hotellin kortin, jossa osoite oli kiinaksi paluumatkaa varten. Taksilla ajo oli mittarilaskutuksella ja kohtuullisen edullista. Aamupala hotellissa oli runsas ja erinomainen. ”Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. ”拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。”
