”De suite die we hadden was in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Dit gedeelte ziet er top uit. De suite was geweldig. Geen idee hoe de kamers in het oude gedeelte zijn. Ontbijtzaal weinig sfeervol en ontbijtbuffet was OK. Goed werkende wifi en prima parkeren (overdekt en gratis). Bij aankomst ca 35 minuten moeten wachten in een rij voordat ik kon inchecken. Het was verschrikkelijk druk. Volgens de baliemedewerker kwam dit omdat het hoogseizoen is. ”

”hei, olen Rainerin matkakumppani Olavi ja meitä oli vielä Taisto. Hotelli oli aivan mahtavien maisemien keskellä. Meillä ei ollut käsitystäkään, että Portugalissa hiihdetään ja että siellä on talvi. Hotelli varaus tehtiin internetissä, ja se tapahtui vaivattomasti, mikä oli suuri apu matkailijalle joka ei ole suunnitellut koko matkaa etukäteen. Hotellin ruokatarjoilu ja aamiainen olivat erinomaisen tyylikkäästi hoidettu. Oli todella upeaa vierailla Serra Da Estrelassa. Olavi”

”I was travelling with my girlfriend and the hotel was perfect to this kind of holiday. Staff at the reception was very frendly and helpful. A view from the hotel room was a amazing. An atmosphere between the customers wasn't that great - maybe the hotel attracts certain types of people? The hotel was much more special than we though before.”

”Esse é um hotel que merece o título de hotel Boutique. Bem decorado, charmoso, limpo, ambientes aromatizados, além disso tem 2 piscinas boas. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista José e todo time do hotel é amigável ! Apenas o café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções. ”

”Our stay at the hotel was great ,the staff were very approachable and could not help enough. We had meals in the restaurant on both nights and the food was excellent. Must mention our waiter on both nights he was excellent his Name was Samuel great character. The hotel is a great location if you're traveling down from santander to the algarve for a stop over. ”

”Beautiful property with gorgeous renovation of old convent into modern hotel! worth the long drive!”

”we stayed in one of the sculptures. we liked having 100% privacy (no shared walls/floors/ceiling), the top open to the sky, the large shower, and the firm bed. The fridge was also handy for storing drinks we had bought at the grocery store. The pool was great for dangling feet and enjoying the amazing view. Highly recommend doing the "Ruta de pontes" hike for even better views. The breakfast is great, plenty of options. The dinner not so great, but the moscow mule was great.”

”Palace Hotel & Spa Termas de S. Tiago is well worth a visit, the hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable and well run. The breakfast is self service with everything laid on for you and is of a high quality. The spa facilities are good, the pool has powerful jets that massage well and the staff are welcoming. The gym is small but user friendly. Situated just outside the lovely town of Penamacor in this sleepy area of Portugal, you get a real treat of a retreat here. I will come again and highly...
