”The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

”The hotel had a great atmosphere. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. Bartenders were excellent and the food at the restaurant was great. We had a very nice weekend there.”
