”Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you....

”The beach view from the third floor was good. Any lower would not be very good. Handicapped access to the beach in front of the hotel was limited. There was a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but it was 15 steps down to the beach at the end of the boardwalk.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. Veronica was happy to share suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area....

The condo is very close to the beach and other amenities (gas stations, CVS, Walgreens, restaurants). The condo property is well maintained and was very quiet while we were there.
