”I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.”

”Staff was great! Breakfast was terrible. Hotel was older and a bit rundown. Rooms were fairly clean. No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles upon arrival. More of a party scene rather than relaxed. Cost $25/day to park. Beautiful beach view but that’s about it.”

”The unit was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. The size was wonderful for our family of 5 with one of the bedroom spaces its own little apartment. Tons of comfortable seating space. There were a couple of things I thought could have been better. The jetted tub in the master bedroom didnt work. The washer and dryer in the main part of the unit were awful, dryer took 2 cycles to dry a small load of light clothes. The kitchen is well appointed except no niceties…things like salt...

”We had an infestation of ants all over the apartment. We had them in the bed on the coach in the kitchen crawling all over the floor. We had to go and buy some mop cleaner to try to get them out of the kitchen. The property was pretty but the actually air b n b was a night mare. We got bitten by ants.”

”The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed.
