”Check in was delayed by almost 3 hours because they were “busy”. The staff was less than helpful and had no explanation. Us and another couple we were travelling with all had to cram into the only room that was ready on time. Four people had to get ready in a very small 1 bathroom hotel room or miss our dinner reservations that we made weeks in advance. The free coffee voucher was supposed to make up for this massive inconvenience. The hotel was great, the experience was garbage.”

”You will not get a restful sleep at this property I regret to say.. I had a room close to the elevator which created a racket all night long along with street noise. I switched rooms the next night but the street noise between the motorcycles and cars was just too much. It was like the drivers believed it was a NASCAR event. Other than the noise issues it really is a gem of a hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds were comfy. Restaurant quality was fine. But the noise is a deal breaker.”
