”My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful”

”I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.”

”The staff were fantastic here. We had a power outage right as we were checking in, and they carried our luggage up to the 4th floor, no problem. And they were smiling the whole time. The issue with this property is it needs some upkeep. While our unit was nice, clean and functional, the carpet was stretched to the point of having ripples all over , and it seemed dirty and worn. ”The kitchen frying pans were badly warped making it difficult to cook an egg and impossible to flip with only a huge bbq flipper. Coffee pot is an antique and the water resivoir was filthy. The clothes dryer was broken. The pull out hide a bed was TERRIBLY uncomfortable for our grandson to sleep on. It was also very noisy, the rest of us listened to the creaking noises it made every time he moved. On day four we asked at the front desk for some fresh towels and to have the garbage emptied....
