”One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. ”

”The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. ”Everything was perfect for us. The owner communicated well and personally, both in advance of our visit and during our stay. The condo itself was immaculate, and very clean. The back patio onto the lake was just lovely. The condo is very well equipped - the kitchen had everything you could ever need, there was a great selection of snacks, and great local info brochures. They even had eclipse glasses and posters for us. It all felt very welcoming and comfortable; perhaps our best VRBO ever!”
