”There is lot of room to improve in Food quality and taste. Restaurants inhouse are just mediocre. I suggest they bring in some good chefs to add variety. As an Indian, I did not like any Indian inhouse cuisine. I had to order both meals from Khana Kazana”

”This property was not as described in the descriptions. I was expecting a pool and restaurant and spa. When I arrived, it was in a new development. Construction all around. And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help take you there and this location was difficult to find.”

”Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague...

”The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers. ”

”This property is located close to the airport but far away from any tourist destinations. Very expensive to get from the property to Kigali city. Many moto taxi don't know how to get there.. ”
