”Good hotel and experience in general. We stayed 8 nights in Aloft. Breakfast is good and has nice variety. Room was also decent, no complaints. However there are a couple of things to make this place even better. The service at the pool bar/restaurant area was slow, especially if one wanted to eat. Gym was alright, but needs a deep cleaning (for example the floor was not vacuumed well). The sun beds’ mattresses were dirty and broken down, i was suprised they have not replaced them. The...

”Kohtuullisen hyvällä paikalla Kuahissa oleva hotelli, jonka lähistöltä löytyi ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Uima-allas oli ihan hyvä, mutta kaikki eivät käyttäneet oikeita uima-asuja vaan uivat vaatteet päällä. Aamiainen koostui pääasiassa paikallisesta ruuasta eikä ollut meidän makuumme samoin kuin Executive Loungen tarjoilut. Huoneissa ei ole parvekkeita, mutta meren puolen huoneista on hienot näkymät merelle. ”

”Nice location, nice transfer to main island and back. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room (420) had seen it better days and upstairs room every walking sounded right back to our room. In room there were no smoke alarms. Breakfast buffet was also really nice and fresh.”

”The room was missing towel and sheets from one bed (totally 3 beds). We asked for the missing towel and sheets and it took several hours to get them. We had to stay up and go 3 times downstairs to re-ask and ask again (phone in the room didn’t work). Not fun when you want to go to bed and sleep. Very rude personnel.”

”Hotelli sinällään oli normaalia tasoa kivalla rannalla ja hyvien palveluiden lähellä. Ei tullut vau-elämyksiä, mutta perussiisti ja hyvä hotelli.”

”Absolutely delightful stay: loved the friendly atmosphere, sincere service. This hotel has all you need for the type of laid back pool/beach side holiday I was personally looking for. Also kudos for the bar and restaurant offering and spa massage. Hope to be back some time soon - as several other visitors had done! (That repeat visitor engagement already speaks volumes on the service of this place.)”

”Je suis decu par le resort. Les photos sont trompeuses. La piscine est toute la journée a l'ombre donc l'eau est toujours froide. Le resort est dans un endroit très isolé donc loin a distance de marche. L'hotel nous a envoye vers un prestataire pour aller sur une ile privée mais ils se sont arrangé pour nous faire payer 2 fois plus cher que les autres prestataires. On s'en est rendu compte qu'après malheureusement. Et enfin, le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout justifié. Pour ce prix, j'aurais...
