”Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. ”

”Wery clean and well maintained hotel. Location is perfect, right next to the ski lift, so it is very easy to go to ski also with children. We have visited hotels in France, where they forbid children to enter the sauna and spa areas, so this was one of the main criterias to choose this hotel, as it was not the case here. They did mention it however, that children should not use the sauna, which is crazy as our kids are going there regurlarly since they were 6 months old! One big minus for the...

”Nice appartments with access to large warm swimming pool and spa. Kitchen is well equiped. Whole area is very family friendly. Flaine has limited access by car - you can drive to hotel and unload your stuff (parking for 1 hour only), then you need to re-park your car in public parking space (P2) that is about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In summer it was for free.”

”Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. ”Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither.
