”Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest.”

”Nice hotel with excellent location next to Petronas Towers. Staff could be more friendly, but otherwise we had pleasant stay. Hotel has one of the worst gyms I have ever seen. I recommend executive room which includes access to executive lounge with evening coctails and snacks (if you like wine etc alcohol drinks).”

”Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. ”

”We got an unexpected upgrade to our room and everything was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and always friendly. We would like to stay there again!”

”Hotelli osottautui netissä saamaamme kuvausta mukavammaksi. Sijainti oli loistava Chinatownin kupeessa. Hotelli vaikutti uudelta ja siistiltä. Henkilökunta oli palvelualtis ja mukava. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Vain hotellin pubi oli tosi hämärä. ”

”Great hotel in good location. There was two major problems thou. The housekeeping staff on floor 4 kept pestering me eventhough i had the no cleaning sign on. One of them opened my room while I was sleeping and another called to the room. Maybe they were planning to steal my luggage? The other problems was The lack of warm shower water.”
