”I really enjoy the Lodge. Perfect for Self catering and they really pay attention to the little details. Home made delicious biscuits every night, setting up the fire and making sure the chalet is warm for your return. Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. However, there is a shared kitchen which is available to prepare any other meals…it is not in good condition at all and needs some serious TLC if the space is to be offered for guest use. For example the oven is FILTHY, the sink is perpetually full of used, dirty dishes and cutlery/crockery/glasses/cookware all need to be upgraded/replaced. I think the shared space is a great idea, but it has to be drastically improved to reflect...

”We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!”
