”I stayed here for a few days.
The good: The rooms are large and it is a fairly new place. It’s not super maintained, however. The kitchen is sufficient for cooking.
The bad: the internet went out repeatedly. The room was never cleaned and the staff seemed mostly indifferent. But really the biggest issue was constant noise. Part of it faces the back of a Publix and there were trucks all hours of the night. There were kids running down the halls and screaming day and night. If you stay...

”The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!”

”The property management staff communicated clearly at the perfect times before, during, and after our trip. The only hiccup we had was we were sent the wrong access code to our unit. A quick phone call fixed that issue. Would definitely stay again!”

”We had an infestation of ants all over the apartment. We had them in the bed on the coach in the kitchen crawling all over the floor. We had to go and buy some mop cleaner to try to get them out of the kitchen. The property was pretty but the actually air b n b was a night mare. We got bitten by ants.”

”The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to...
