”Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. On arrival they gave us 2 free drinks vouchers and a free light lunch voucher for each day of our stay. Very good location about 10 min walk to the station. Facilities were very good free coffee, water and snacks. Would definitely go back. ”

”運良く、誕生日にコーナーダブルが予約できましたので、自身へのプレゼントとして宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋は広く、清掃が行き届いていましたし、バルコニーから見える大文字も京都気分を高めてくれました。 お風呂も大きくて、ゆったり入ることができました。お部屋に備えてあるお茶やコーヒー、茶器、アメニティいずれも種類が豊富で素晴らしかったです。 ロビーの吹き抜けの雰囲気も朝ごはんも大満足で、良い思い出となりました。 インバウンドで宿泊費が高騰しており、立地が良いビジネスホテルだと、ブライトンホテルさん同等か以上の料金設定のところもあります。しかしながら、比べ物にならない接客の質を感じました(そもそも比べること自体が失礼なのでしょうが)。皆さん、とてもよく目配りされていました。 一つ欲を言えば、チェックイン、アウトとも必要最小限の事務的な会話しかなく、ビジネスライクな印象を受けました。もう少しフレンドリーな対応ですと、私の中ではパーフェクトでした。 でも、大変素晴らしいホテルだと思います。京都には年に何回か行きますので、是非また利用させていただきます。”

”Huippuluokan uusi hotelli ihan Kyoton rautatieaseman lähellä. Palvelu oli japanilaiseen tapaan erinomaista. Huoneemme oli tyylikäs, tilava ja hiljainen. Ilmastointia ja valaistusta oli helppo säätää iPadin avulla. ”

”Great value. Modern boutique hotel room. King bed was really two queen beds pushed together with a Godzilla top mattress. I had to take a taxi to get from my side of the bed to my husband’s. Bathroom was boutique modern. The only negative would be that one side of the bed did not have outlets for a phone charger or a reading light of any kind. This is a very hip hotel with a fun rooftop bar with tapas if you’re hungry. The breakfast add on was $12 per person. It’s a great value. ”

”The hotel was beautiful, the amenities - especially the private baths - were great. Staff were friendly and the location was very handy to get around from. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the key system: you're only given one set of keys and you must always exchange your key with access to your shoes or vice versa, so just stepping out for some air was such a chore, especially when the front desk is packed with people checking in or just wanting to get their shoes. ”

”Regardless of the challenges the novel coronavirus caused, the service at the hotel was supreme! The staff is polite and friendly and they do their best to make your visit pleasant. ”Extravagant and pompous. Despite being relatively modern, the hotel feels dated due to perhaps some desire for old times luxyry. Huge in size and very crowded. The room was literally minutes away from the front desk. Superior twin room was spacious for local standards and impeccably clean. Breakfest buffet seems to favor quantity of varieties over quality. We did like the cat-robot collecting used dishes though. Restaurants appear hugely overpriced concidering the alternatives in the...

”A wonderful place to stay in Kyoto! The quiet streets and temple area near by was a fantastic experience. The room was very neat and spacious and the facilities were great. We used a lot the free device which helped to find the right streets and restaurants. I highly recommend the hotel!”

”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan. In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....

Well appointed room with excellent bathtub. The only negatives were the lack of bedside tables and the motion sensor light in the toilet room which was a bit harsh for those midnight jaunts to the loo. ”

”Had some issues upon arrival. We had a reservation for a triple room, but they weren't willing to have us stay in such a room(even if they have the room type, and I had reserved it) . We ended up in a standard twin with additional bed. To hotel is ok. Breakfast quite good. Location a bit off, there wasn't much sights closeby, and the area was quite boring at night. A good perk with this hotel is their shuttle bus, very nice drivers and very convenient to get to/from Kyoto station every 30min if...
