”My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Senses. We stayed on the adults only side of the resort. Beautiful location. It's a solid 1 hr plus from the airport in Montego Bay. While the bus ride on the way there is a little bit of an adventure in itself we were greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival. We completed the early check in which was a great way to save a little time with the check in process. Our room was beautiful and ocean front. The elevator for building...

”The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience.”
