”Old building with moldy and dirty rooms. Looks so much better in photos but there is nothing like in photos.
Room was so dirty that I don't think they have cleaned it after earlier guest. Dirty sheets, moldy bathroom.
In breakfast there was fruits looking so bad so I didn't have any thoughts to eat them. Those same fruits were there in every morning. Finally they had visible mold but staff didn't take them away, just turning them in bowl - unbelievable!!

”This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2.5 stars. I don't understand why the hotel still has to be advertised as a 4-star hotel. There would be better reviews if the rating was directly 3 stars.
In the hotel and outside areas, a lot of wear and tear, shabbyness and old stubborn dirt. The sunbeds in the pool area are dirty (stained) and some broken. The music in the pool area is also way too loud. These made it uncomfortable even though the room was clean. The pillows in the room are lumpy and the...

”We stayed with family for one night. Hotel is bit old and normal wear because of that. Pool areas are really nice, something for both kids and adults. Food was typical for all inclusive resort buffet, decent but nothing special. Service was great and very nice. They allowed us to stay at the pool and even have lunch after we checked out from the hotel.”

”We booked a swim-up room and first got the room 611 but as it was on the left side of the hotel which only gets evening sun we asked to switch to room 608 facing the pool and having morning/day sun on the next day. This was crucial as we really wanted to sunbathe during the mornings! The room was lovely and very modern. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was super friendly. We didn’t have the all-inclusive. At some point there were a crazy amount of ants and spiders in our room so we asked...

”The property itself is perfectly adequate, with enough items to get by with. My issues were getting into the property, the response from the property just doesn't happen. If you've got questions good luck in finding the answers. They certainly don't respond through Expedia even though they tell you to message them on there.
There is currently building work going on right at the side of the property, nobody informed me of this. Otherwise i wouldn't have booked this property and the builders...
