New facility and was great. all staff was great and friendly. got connecting room in 6th floor. room was good with standing shower. if the shower cabin got a glass door to close it might be great. Udupi restaurant at 9th floor was great. its an Indian restaurant which is the branch from Jakarta. they serve indian indonesian and chinese food. service was good and we got special discount for the dinner. swimming pool was big and deep. kids pool with water bomb was the...

”The no-smoking floor rooms are important basic requisite for non-smokers basic rights for fresh air..... TQ. It's a terrible experience for my 5 other friends who had to endure the smoker''s room due to availability.... and they were forced to pay extra for the business rooms on the 5th floor ! ”

”The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) .
