In the pool there is just few sunbed and most of them are in shadow.
You can walk shortly (around 1km) to the closest harbour and restaurant field.”

”Our experience was incredible from start to finish. The customer service is impeccable — the staff responds super quickly and always with genuine kindness. The food is also great: good quality and generous portions, and if you want more variety, there are options just 5 minutes away by car.
What stood out most was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond with details and decoration that made the moment unforgettable. You can tell they truly care about making...

”This property has great potential. Location is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and the property is expansive. However, a few things were a complete let down. Despite being the only guests on the property, our room was still not ready by the time we showed up at 3 PM and the shower handle broke.
By the time we returned from our day at 9 PM, the room was still not ready and so we decided to switch rooms. The new room was adequate, but throughout the night the electricity kept cutting in and out,...

”Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing.
The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding.
The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...

”The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

”It’s a great property in the sense that you have very comfortable bedrooms, showers, A/C, small jacuzzi pool, very supportive team on the property etc. we stayed for two nights in the two bedroom villa as a bar to explore NusaPenida island. That meant we were outside sightseeing and activities throughout the day and this villa provided a great comfortable home to relax, clean up and sleep. Two reasons why I am giving it four stars. First, it’s quite inside so you need to order in and only two...
