”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

My only constructive feedback is that the breakfast seems understaffed. Good and european inspired offering, but only one person trying to manage it all resulting shortage of selection during busy(ish) weekend. ”

”Beautiful property. Room was nice. Staff were excellent. Two slight things. I noticed that at times there were a lot of glasses sitting around the common area that had not been picked up and were still there the next morning (when they did get picked up). Restaurant was good, but service slow. Having said that, the personnel were exceptional. Perhaps too few of them? My biggest complaint is that the room was very dark and the lights were dim. Seems an easy fix. In summary, I'd stay...
