”Wir waren sehr zufrieden nur ich hatte in den Unterlagen beim Hotel Sobota sich zu melden um in das Hotel laguna deluxe zu kommen. Das hat leider nicht gestimmt wir mussten uns Hotel selbst suchen da es nicht beschrieben war war es äuserst schwierig.und das mitdem serblick hat auch.nicht gestimmt.es hieß verdeckt aber auch verdeckt war kein Seleblick. ”Hotelli oli siisti, viihtyisä, uudenaikainen, aamupala oli monipuolinen ja palvelu ystävällistä. Huoneemme oli tilava, mikä oli ehdoton plussa, sillä perheeseemme kuuluvat aikuisten lisäksi kaksi tyttöä. Uima-altaat ja leikkihuone olivat myös lastemme mieleen. Uimaranta, ravintolat ja kaupat sijaitsevat aivan vieressä, joten jos kaipaa helppoa lomaa lasten kanssa, on hotelli erittäin hyvä vaihtoehto.”

”Tilasin Sea View näkymän, mutta sain aika nuhjuisen huoneen huonolla näkymällä. Valitin huoneesta ja pahoittelivat asiaa. Järjestivät paremman huoneen tilalle. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan OK hotelli. Slovenian mittapuun mukaan varmaan erinomainen. Sijainti on loistava ja henkilökunta mukavaa.”

”Saimme mukavaa palvelua koko vierailumme ajan. Autoakaan ei tarvinnut itse ajaa talliin/ulos, hotellin työntekijä teki sen puolestamme. Hintaan kuuluneet buffetaamiainen- ja illallinen olivat monipuolisia ja laadukkaita mielestämme. Lähellä rantaa ja kävelymatkan päässä kivoista kahviloista, pikkukaupoista ja ravintoloista. Kaiken kaikkiaan kiva ja siisti majoituspaikka, voin kyllä suositella!”

”Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannalla ja hotellin ympäristöstä löytyvät kaikki tarvittavat palvelut lomaa varten. Portorozin keskustaan on jonkin verran kävelymatkaa. Hotelli on nähnyt aikaa, mutta palvelu oli hyvää.”

”Great hotel close to the beach, we took the half board for 6 days but the dinner was not that special but the breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was pretty much same every morning but it was good and filling and the staff there is really efficient there was not lack of anything. This is a big hotel and there is only one elevator and a lot of stairs. However this did not bother us, beacause we like to walk and walking on the stairs is good exercise. ”

Das Expedia dieses Hotel als gleichwertig zum Kempinski in Portorož empfiehlt, halte ich für um einiges übertrieben. Allerdings sind die Zimmer gut, leise und sehr sauber. ”Location is perfect but everything else is not what you should expect for a four star hotel. Our air conditioning didn't work for three nights. We complained three times when they believed that. First the apology was a FRUITPLATTER but then they gave us discount for the nights when the air conditioning didn't work. Also when we put our own drinks to the fridge because of air condition they send us a letter that you should pay for the fridge. NOT GOOD SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL. Also we picked the...

”Für Erholungssuchende eine Oase der Ruhe, da ziemlich abgelegen. Vorwiegend ältere Touristen, vereinzelt junge Familien mit gut erzogenen Kleinkindern. Äußerst aufmerksames Hotelpersonal, ob beim Service oder bei der Reinigung. Kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt kein Esslokal, in der Nähe , in das man abends einmal ausweichen könnte.
