”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood.

”I liked the property itself--- a slice of 'old' Santa Fe, with the photos, the wood; it seemed like a hotel from an earlier era and I liked that. Back when Georgia O'Keefe lived near Santa Fe and D.H. Lawrence. The hotel seemed to embody the 'soul' of Santa Fe a little bit”

”A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque).
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available.”

”We had a great stay, staff at bar very helpful.
One note: we stayed on 1st floor room, sound proofing deficient ! Guests just walking in room above us resulted in disturbing noise level !”

”It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds.
The housekeeping staff was good, however.
But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay.”

”This was our second stay and we didn't enjoy it as much as we did 3/4 years ago.
Seriously, $6 waters in the room, which cost them 60 cents? Just don't provide it if that's what you intend to charge people. I had to call the front desk for the internet password as it wasn't provided in the room or at check-in. I'm not sure if they normally try to charge guests for the internet, as it was unclear when trying to connect without the password.
We reserved a room for two adults and a child with a...
