”There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . ”

”When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. ”Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present my Expedia reservation for proof. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.”
