”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alexandra. The staff were accommodating and professional. We received excellent service from the everyone we dealt with. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were very diverse and exquisite, especially at the restaurants on site and also at the sister resort, Blue Haven. Alexandra’s location is convenient to nearby shopping that is walkable, but alternative bikes are available to use for free which is another nice amenity....

”A wonderful reservationist at WindSong upgraded us to a beachfront unit, and it was fantastic. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The units are very comfortable and easy to live in. The location, and all the amenities--the white sand beach, dining in the dunes, watersports, and sparkling clean pool, are all within a very short walk of the units. WindSong is a place to rest and relax but also a great spot to have fun, and that we did! We'll be back!”

The breakfast that is part of Expedia deal is exactly the same every day. You cannot get credit or substitutions. You can get water, or juice or coffee. Same fruit, same pastries all 7 days. We were disappointed. We ate breakfast at the WE restaurant and the restaurant manager seemed like she did not want to be there. No sense of service…On her phone...
