”Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would...

”On the positive, the hotel is located in a very nice place.
However, there are so many things wrong with this hotel that I would recommend to find another place. The reception staff (except one person), are the most inefficient that we had ever seen! Check in at 6PM but even then the room was ready at 7PM. Checkout at 9AM! Rooms were very small, and we knew about it, but never seen such small beds ever.
Spa staff was very friendly, but you can ONLY use the spa only once during one week of stay...

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price.
To sum up the pros:
- large and airy room with a semi long hair full carpet (that was kept clean daily).
- beds match what one expect from a four star hotel
- a high standard french type breakfast buffet
- magnificent...

”Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points.
breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good!
Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new!
Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing.
Ski hire shop in basement was well...
