”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel. Absolutely terrible I recommend no one stay here ever. ”

”Not a good Hilton at all. Everything is old, rooms were ok.All furniture looked as if it came from a garage sale. Bathrooms are small and out dated. Bathtubs were old and poorly maintained. ”The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”
