”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”We enjoyed our stay here. The valet was included with the room price. We handed the keys to the valet and didn’t drive again until we checked out 3 days later. We walked to museums, shops and restaurants the whole vacation. There is a daily happy hour in the lounge. The heated pool was nice in the cool October weather.”

”We checked in after hours, but the process was very easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We left our coats behind in one of the closets. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He looked several places but couldn’t find them. One of the housekeepers came as soon as she could and retrieved them for us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! ”

”A little confused by your handicap accessibility in the room, considering the beds were high and the only assistance bar in the bathroom was IN the far wall of the shower and the tub edge was a 2 foot step over but otherwise it was clean, great location, staff was friendly, and I will probably stay here again. ”Loved my stay here in the Senja unit. Everything I needed plus lots of space a working Kiva, TV with many streaming stations, kitchen equiped with what I needed and in unit laundry allowing me to return home with clean clothing. this was close to both the place I went to daily for a workshop and town. Lots of great places to eat and a CVS nearby. Would definitely stay here again!”

”We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! ”

”Bonitas Casita absolutely lived up to its name. It was pretty, comfortable, well-appointed and full of charm. The decorations were unique and fun, the beds were comfortable. ”The home and grounds and location are immaculate and well appointed! Being long life traveler we'd say go for it if the followingcons are addressed... the beds are really cheap, as the previous review said the master is a cheap queen that rolls across the room when you lay down, because it's not attached to the headboard it also bangs against it by just merely turning in bed... the owner and his dogs came to ask us to move the truck while we temporary parked to unload and we had him come inside...
