”The hotel was lovely and our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We had breakfast in the French pastry shop attached to La Fonda.
Service was superb on the property. Unfortunately they are doing renovations to their bar area so things were a little chaotic in the lobby, but they did their best to accommodate.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood.

”Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door.”

”Overall, a nice property, but definitely in need of some TLC. Peeling paint, slow elevators, outdated and unreliable HVAC, etc. Not acceptable in a luxury resort.”

”Hotel St. Francis is well situated in Santa Fe with a great aesthetic. The evening staff, led by Gabe at check in was excellent. The day staff was rude and dismissive; it was a bizarre contrast of experiences.
The room itself was well enough appointed. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was not reliable, and opening windows led to moths in the room.
There was also an amenities charge of $30 per day but the only amenities I received was bottled water, and parking was...

”Parking is more than $30 per night. On Expedia it said “self parking” but did not specify the charge. Every morning there was a very loud noise that woke me up. I don’t know if it was construction or what it was but it was very loud. The rooms had water bottles with caps that needed a bottle opener but no bottle opener available. I took my bottles to the front desk and Fasil (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) was kind enough to open them. He was the only one who greeted me every time and...
