”I felt the staff where a bit over worked. They didn’t really excel or bring the magic that a place like sea world should have. The property needs a bit of maintenance. Had some rain over our stay and box gutter was leaking right out our front door of our room. Apart from that it was a good stay. ”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful, they really know what they are doing. Environment was really beautiful and in good shape. Rooms were clean and nice. Only the lightning was a bit too dark. ”Overall the stay was very nice and relaxing. Just a few issues, alot of the complimenary items advertised are not provided. The description had listed the room as soundproofed however the TV is located on the opposite side of the room to the bed. We had the TV on a reasonably low volume when we went to sleep but were woken up at 5am by the phone. The Building Manager called due to multiple people reporting our TV being too loud. There were a few reviews from other customers also experiencing...

”Very good location with short walking distance everywhere. Breakfast buffet a bit limited, but ok for the price. We had 4 adults in one apartment (bedroom + living room), so two persons had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was unfortunately the worst we have ever seen. It was so soft that when two people go next to each other, they just roll in the middle to hug each other. Otherwise everything good, well equipped kitchen, two TVs, big balcony to hang out etc.”

”2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto merinäköalalla, huoneisto oli suuri mutta valitettavan kulunut ja likainen. Kaikki WC-tilojen nurkat ja lattialistoitus paksussa pölyssä, lisäksi huoneiston lattialla huomattavan paljon hiuksia yms. sinne kuulumatonta. Muutenkin huoneistossa näkyi kuluneisuus - wc tilojen kaakelit halkeilleet, huonekalut lommoilla. Näköala leveältä parvekkeelta hyvä, pieni uima-allas rakennuksen pihalla.”

”The ocean views from the North Tower were amazing. Very spacious inside with a lovely deck off all the rooms. Very well equiped kitchen set up which gave us the option to make our own breakfast with tea and coffee provided. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Wish we had stayed longer!”

”Very spacious suites, loads of dining and entertainment options nearby. We stayed as was close to GCCEC for a conference. The front office team are lovely - accomodating and helpful. The noise from the busy, partying street carries up quite a bit to the apartments and can be disruptive and hard to sleep if you are in East Tower.”
