”-50 bucks a night for parking seems absurd - We did not receive any room service during our stay - The toilet in our room did not flush properly. We reported the problem to the front desk and the maintenance person came, but did not fix the problem. (Despite the fact that he left a note saying that it was repaired) Very inconvenient to have to travel 14 floors down to use the lobby restroom every time we had to "go" during our 3 day, 2 night stay.”

”This was one of the most frustrating stays I’ve had. The entire process felt unnecessarily complicated, and I constantly had to call for assistance with things like parking access and entering the property. The app was unreliable, and throughout my stay I repeatedly needed access codes just to get inside. Guests who are not comfortable using apps or technology may have a very difficult time here. Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient, and I would not choose to stay here again.”
