”I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !”

”Good hotel with mediocre service and poor tasting buffet - That sums up the hotel rather nicely. We liked the hotel room and the facilities, nicely built! But staff and their service was stiff, regulated, non-personal and at times just bad. We couldnt get to rent their bikes because they had time regulations (?!) and when we ate the dinner buffet and found plastic piece around the sushi roll the waiter told without blinking an eye "that It is there on purpouse to keep The sushi fresh"...yeah,...

”Järvenrannalla oleva 3:n tähden hotelli. Luokitus näkyi myös aulan seinässä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Kadulta kantautui aikaisin aamulla musiikkia/ääniä. Verhot ei menny kunnolla kiinni, aurinko paistoi välistä. Ei minibaaria. Aamiainen ja uima-allas erillisessä rakennuksessa n.100m päässä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta!”

”The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange an earlier breakfast time to accommodate our schedule, and they helped make restaurant reservations for us. Overall, they went above and beyond our expectations.
The rooms were small but beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The lounge on the top floor was also nice as there were snacks, drinks, beer, and ice cream in the evenings. The hotel is located in a quieter section...

”staff are good and nice. Food and room was not good enough at this rate. Customers raised noise in this resort after 10 PM. Need to call front desk twice to get a quiet place. Over all, not recommended. ”
